BURFORD CAPITAL APPOINTS NUMIS AS ITS NOMINATED ADVISER
 
Burford Capital Limited ("Burford Capital" or "Burford" or "the Company"), the leading global finance and asset management firm focused on law, today announces the appointment of Numis Securities Limited ("Numis") as its Nominated Adviser ("NOMAD") with immediate effect.
 
Burford's prior NOMAD, which had served in that role since Burford's IPO, recently informed the Company that it is ceasing its NOMAD role for all its AIM-listed clients, necessitating the change in Burford's NOMAD.
 
Numis will continue in its role as Joint Broker to Burford alongside the Company's sole other Joint Broker, Jefferies International Limited.
