** Apparel retailer Burlington Stores' BURL.N shares up 12.68% at $267 premarket

** Excluding one-time items, co earns $4.13 per share in Q4, beating expectations of $3.76 per share, according to data compiled by LSEG

** Co posts Q4 net sales of $3.27 billion, compared with analysts' estimates of $3.23 billion

** However, co expects annual adjusted EPS in the range of $8.70 to $9.30, below analysts' expectations of $9.43

** As of last close, BURL stock had fallen about 16.88% YTD
