Burlington Stores rises after TD Cowen raises PT

** Brokerage TD Cowen raises price target on Burlington
Stores'  BURL.N  stock to $334 from $288
    ** Shares of the discount retailer up 1.9% at $291.50 in
light premarket trading
    ** Brokerage says operating leverage in the Burlington model
supports upside to consensus earnings per share expectations
through FY25
    ** While weather created a more challenged Q3 across
off-price, more seasonal weather in November-December should
support reacceleration - TD says
    ** "The quality of Burlington's inventory buying and
improved in-store execution is notable," TD adds
    ** As of last close, BURL shares up 47% YTD
