** Energy co receives approval for declaration of location
application for its Rafael 1 gas and condensate discovery in
Western Australia
** Says, approval clears the way for the future application
for a production licence for Rafael discovery
** Co's shares hit highest level since June 8
** About 426,949 shares change hand compared to 30-day
average trading volume of 377,232 shares
** Shares of co are down 10.5% YTD as of last close
