** Shares of digital health firm Butterfly Network Inc
BFLY.N up 4.5% at $2.53 premarket
** Co names Joseph DeVivo as president and CEO, effective
immediately
** Adds DeVivo will also join co's board as chairman
** DeVivo previously served as president of Hospitals and
Health Systems at Teledoc Health Inc TDOC.N , and CEO of its
subsidiary, InTouch Health
** Former CEO, Todd Fruchterman stepped down from his role
in December 2022
** Up to Friday's close, stock had fallen 1.2% in 2023
