China's 3D Medicines shines in Hong Kong debut, other newcomers fall

** Shares of China's tumor products and candidate drugs
developer 3D Medicines Inc  1244.HK  trade as high as HK$32.30
each in Hong Kong debut on Thursday, up 29.3% from offering
price 
    ** Shanghai-based company offered 16.35 mln shares at
HK$24.98 apiece in global offering, raising HK$408.4 mln ($52.51
mln) for research and development, regulatory filings and

    ** CCB International says it prefers innovative medicines
and devices players in healthcare and biotech segment as Chinese
authority is set to accelerate drug approvals, backing a
positive outlook with policy support

Global  9985.HK  slips to HK$10.40 in early afternoon, down 1.5%
from HK$10.56 apiece offering price 
    ** Weilong sold 96.4 mln shares in its global offering,
raising $130.6 mln to expand production facilities, distribution

    ** Zhejiang-based autoparts maker Buyang International
 2457.HK , which raised HK$125 mln ($16.1 mln) for production
expansion, drops as much as 30% to HK$0.35 each on debut vs

    ** Hang Seng Commerce & Industry Index  .HSNC  falls 1.9%,
Hang Seng Composite Index  .HSCI  eases 1.4% while Hang Seng
