Buzzfeed falls on lower Q4 revenue

** Shares of digital media co Buzzfeed  BZFD.O  down 8.3% at
37 cents after the bell
    ** Co reports Q4 revenue of $75.70 million, declining 26%
compared with Q4 of 2022
    ** Q4 advertising rev. declines 25% to $31.90 mln from a
year ago, while content rev. falls 34% to $27 mln
    ** Co forecasts Q1 2024 revenue in the range of $42 million
to $44 million
    ** Says Q1 rev. to be 20% to 23% lower than first quarter
2023
    ** Up to last close, stock up ~62% YTD
