Nov 5 (Reuters) - Italian construction group Buzzi's
BZU.MI like-for-like sales in the first nine months of the
year dropped 2.5% to 3.18 billion euros ($3.46 billion) on
demand weakness in Central Europe and a prolonged slowdown in
Italy and the United States, it said on Tuesday.
Ready-mix concrete sales were down 7.6% and cement sales
dropped by 6.4%.
"For the whole year 2024, we therefore expect a recurring
EBITDA similar but not greater than the record levels of 2023,"
the company said in a note.
