China's BYD to raise price of assistant driving system due to rising global memory hardware costs
BEIJING, April 28 (Reuters) - China's BYD 002594.SZ will raise the price of its 'God's Eye B' lidar-based assistant driving system add-on for its electric vehicles from May 1 to 12,000 yuan ($1,756.26) from 9,000, it said in a statement on Tuesday. The price hike is due to "a sharp rise in global memory hardware costs," the company said.
