* SAID ON THURSDAY, ON THE BASIS OF THE OUTBREAK OF THE
COVID-19
PANDEMIC, THE BOARD HAS DECIDED TO WITHDRAW THE PROPOSED
DIVIDEND OF NOK 1.00 PER SHARE
* instead, it is proposed that the general meeting, which is
scheduled for may 27, 2020, to authorize the board to adopt
dividends on the basis of the annual accounts for 2019
