Capital Reorganisation Delay

 

Byotrol Plc (AIM: BYOT), the specialist infection prevention and control
company, announces that owing to an administrative error the Company's Capital
Reorganisation as previously announced will no longer become effective at the
close of business today but instead at the close of business on 24 April 2024.

 

The Company confirms that the cancellation of admission of the Company's
ordinary shares to trading on AIM remains effective at 7.00 a.m. on 30 April
2024. The Company will re-register as a private limited company with the name
Byotrol Limited which is expected to take by 21 May 2024.

 

Unless otherwise indicated, defined terms in this announcement shall have the
same meaning as described in the Circular.
