ZURICH/GDANSK, Sept 11(Reuters) - Here are some of the
main factors that may affect Swiss stocks on Wednesday:
    
    HOLCIM  HOLN.S  
    Mexican cement maker Cemex said on Tuesday that it had sold
its operations in Guatemala to Holcim Group for around $200
million. 
    
    NESTLE  NESN.S  
    According to media reports by Bloomberg News, Nestle is set
to pay a 2 million euros fine to end its French mineral water
case.
