NOTIFICATION AND PUBLIC DISCLOSURE OF TRANSACTIONS BY PERSONS DISCHARGING
MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

The Company was notified on 24 November 2023 that Mike Phillips, a
Non-executive Director, sold 54,074 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary
Shares") at a price of 543.49p per share. Following this transaction, Mike
Phillips holds an interest of 20,000 Ordinary Shares, representing
approximately 0.008% of the issued share capital.

The Company was also notified that on 23 November 2023, Jack Watson, a PDMR,
sold 200,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 550p per share. Following this
transaction, Jack Watson holds an interest of 710,545 Ordinary Shares,
representing approximately 0.30% of the issued share capital.
