** Co reports Q2 adjusted net loss of $34.8 mln, or $0.25/shr, on December 3, versus $7.8 mln, or $0.06/shr, a year earlier

** "We have crafted a detailed execution plan ... I believe the execution of this plan will facilitate our return to growth and provide a clear pathway to cash generation and non-GAAP profitability," CEO Stephen Ehikian says

** Revenue rose 7% QoQ to $75.1 mln, helped by strong federal bookings and partner activity
