** AI and Baker Hughes BKR.O announce renewal and expansion of joint venture agreement through June 2028

** AI reports Q4 revenue of $108.7 million, above estimates of $107.7 million, according to data compiled by LSEG

** Company forecasts fiscal 2026 revenue between $447.5 million and $484.5 million, the midpoint of which comes below estimate of $467.2 million

** Expects Q1 revenue in the range of $100 million and $109 million

** AI has lost over 33% YTD
