** Shares of AI software maker C3.ai AI.N fall 13.5% to $14.44 in extended trading

** Company says it is withdrawing its previous full-year fiscal 2026 forecast

** C3.ai expects Q2 total revenue to be between $72 million and $80 million, vs est. of $100.71 million, according to data compiled by LSEG

** Company reports Q1 total revenue of $70.3 million, vs est. of $94.6 million

** C3.ai reports Q1 adjusted loss of 37 cents per share, vs est. loss of 20 cents per share

** Company announces the appointment of Stephen Ehikian as the chief executive officer, effective September 1

** C3.ai adds that it will provide forecast for the third quarter of fiscal 2026 and full-year fiscal 2026 when it announces its financial results for the second quarter of fiscal 2026

** Up till last close, stock down 51.5% YTD
