** Shares enterprise AI software provider C3.ai AI.N up ~3% at $11.08 in extended trading
** Company posts Q4 revenue of $51.6 million, beating analysts' average estimate of $50.2 million - data compiled by LSEG
** Quarterly adjusted loss at 33 cents per share vs estimate of 37-cent loss
** Company expects Q1 revenue in the range of $50 million to $54 million, while forecasts adjusted loss from operations between $40.5 million and $48.5 million
**  Last month, company said Thomas Siebel is resuming the role of CEO, effective May 8, after stepping down over health concerns
** Shares down nearly 21% YTD
