28 June 2022 - C4X Discovery Holdings plc (AIM: C4XD), a pioneering Drug
Discovery company, announces the following information relating to directors'
disclosure under Schedule Two, paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies:

 

Alex Stevenson, Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been Chief
Scientific Officer of 4D Pharma plc since 18 January 2014. On 24 June 2022, 4D
Pharma plc was placed into administration.
