Board Change

 

C&C Group plc announces that Andrew Andrea, Chief Financial and
Transformation Officer ("CF&TO") and Director of the Company, has informed
the Board of his decision to step down from the Board as CF&TO to take up
a new role as CFO at Domino's Pizza Group PLC.

 

Andrew remains committed to his current role with the Company and will remain
in post until the current financial year is completed. It is planned that
Andrew will step down from his role at C&C Group no later than 13 March
2026.

 

The search for a new CFO will start immediately in line with the C&C
succession plan, and a further update will be issued in due course.

 

Roger White, Chief Executive Officer commented:

 

The Board join me in thanking Andrew for his excellent contribution to
C&C. Andrew joined the business during challenging times and has, through
his experience and capabilities, played a significant role in the
stabilisation and improvement of the business.  Andrew will continue to be an
important part of the leadership group until his planned departure early next
year.
