BOARD COMMITTEE MEMBERSHIP UPDATE

 

 

C&C Group plc announces the following changes to the composition of its
Board Committees, with immediate effect.

 

-     Jill Caseberry is appointed as a member of the Sustainability
Committee; and

-     Sanjay Nakra is appointed as a member of the Remuneration Committee
and steps down as a member of the Sustainability Committee.

 

Following the changes noted above, the Board Committee membership is as
follows:
