CAB Payments Holdings plc and its subsidiaries

("CAB", "CAB Payments", the "Group" or the "Company")

 

 

Publication of 2024 Annual Report and 2025 Annual General Meeting

 

CAB Payments has today published its Annual Report for the financial year
ended 31 December 2024 and announces that its Annual General Meeting will be
held on Wednesday 30 April 2025 at 2.00pm (BST) at the offices of FTI
Consulting at 200 Aldersgate, Aldersgate Street, London EC1A 4HD.

 

In compliance with Listing Rule 6.4.1, the following documents have today been
submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for
inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism
