Confirmation of CFO appointment

 

As previously announced on 5(th  )March 2025, James Hopkinson was appointed
Group Chief Financial Officer of CAB Payments Holdings PLC and Crown Agents
Bank Limited. The Company is pleased to confirm that James has now received
the required regulatory approval and will assume the role of Executive
Director and member of the Board of CAB Payments Holding plc and Crown Agents
Bank Limited, effective today.

 

There are no other matters to be disclosed under the UK Listing Rule 6.4.8.R
in relation to James Hopkinson's appointment.

1.   James brings valuable and relevant experience to the Group. He spent
most of his career at Standard Chartered Bank PLC where he spent almost 20
years working in senior finance roles across multiple geographies. He was most
recently Group CFO and Executive Director of Metro Bank Holdings PLC and prior
to that was Group CFO of ClearBank, broadening his experience across UK PLC
and technology-enabled banks.
