    ** Company enters collaboration deal with Cabaletta Bio
 CABA.O  to incorporate its proprietary safety switch into a
cell therapy program for the treatment of autoimmune disease
    ** AUTL to receive upfront payment for non-exclusive access
to the RQR8 safety switch for use in CABA's CD19-CAR T cell
therapy program
    ** Autolus also entitled to receive royalties on net sales
of all Cabaletta cell therapy products that incorporate the RQR8
safety switch
    ** 8 of 11 brokerages rate Autolus shares "buy" or higher, 3
