** Company has been testing a new cell-based treatment called rese-cel for pemphigus vulgaris, a rare autoimmune disease that causes painful blisters on the skin and mucous membranes
** In a small early-stage trial, three patients with severe, treatment-resistant cases received the therapy
** Two of the patients saw almost complete relief from symptoms, and all three were able to stop using other immune-suppressing drugs or reduce their steroid use
** The therapy also showed strong cell expansion without preconditioning — a process usually required to prepare the body for cell therapy
** Company also confirmed that its trials for other conditions like lupus, myositis, scleroderma, and myasthenia gravis are fully enrolled
** Including session moves, stock up 9.9% YTD
