The Dow climbed on Thursday after the Federal Reserve's announcement of a faster
end to its pandemic-era stimulus pushed investors towards more economically
sensitive sectors, while a fall in technology stocks hurt the Nasdaq and the S&P
500.  .N 
    At 12:39 ET, the Dow Jones Industrial Average  .DJI  was up 0.27% at
36,024.93. The S&P 500  .SPX  was down 0.28% at 4,696.46 and the Nasdaq
Composite  .IXIC  was down 1.83% at 15,280.962.
