Cadence Minerals (AIM/NEX: KDNC; OTC: KDNCY) notes that further to its announcement of 01 May 2020 and in accordance with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1(R), the Company's issued share capital will comprise 120,206,966 Ordinary Shares at 8am on 07 May 2020 where 8,749,998 Placing Shares and 3,995,000 Conversion Shares will be admitted to trading ("Admission").
 
The above figure of 120,206,966 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or of a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
 
All terms in this announcement have the same meaning as the Company's announcement released on 01 May 2020 (under RNS number 6656L) unless the context otherwise dictates.
