Cadiz gains on agreement to develop clean energy campus in California
** Shares of U.S.-based water solutions company Cadiz CDZI.O rise 2.2% to $3.07 ** Company says it has agreed with UK-based Hoku Energy to develop a major clean energy campus at Cadiz Ranch in California ** The agreement provides Hoku Energy with a three-year exclusive option to develop the project on more than 10,000 acres at Cadiz Ranch ** CDZI expects the projects to generate $7 mln to $10 mln per year in lease revenue and water supply sales ** Including session's moves, CDZI shares down 41.4% YTD (Reporting by Sumit Saha in Bengaluru) ((Sumit.Saha@thomsonreuters.com;))
