The Company announces that on 10th June 2014, Mark Harrison, Finance Director,
purchased 1,874 ordinary shares at 630p per share. 
 
Mr Harrison has a beneficial holding in the Company, following the
notification of this transaction, of 9,466 ordinary shares representing 0.34%
of the ordinary shares of the Company. 
 
The percentage of ordinary shares noted above excludes shares held in
