Directors' Shareholdings
 
 
The Company has been informed that, on 19th June 2020, 14,000 shares were gifted to Ms Sarah J Caffyn, Director HR/Company Secretary, by Mr Robert J. M. Caffyn (father of Sarah Caffyn).  Whilst Sarah Caffyn is the beneficial holder of 7,000 of these shares, 7,000 have been placed in trust for her children. 
The shares were gifted for nil consideration.
Following this notification of this transaction, Miss Caffyn has a beneficial holding in the Company, of 46,323 ordinary shares representing 1.7% of the ordinary shares of the Company. 
The percentage of ordinary shares noted above excludes shares held in treasury.
