PROPERTY DISPOSAL
Caffyns plc (the "Company") announces that it exchanged contracts with Jarretts Motors Limited for the sale of the Company's freehold premises at High Street, Uckfield, East Sussex for 950,000 on 31st March 2015. The consideration is payable in cash on completion on or before 2nd April 2015.
The proceeds will be reinvested in the Company's business and used to reduce the Company's borrowings.
