Transfer of shares held in treasury
Caffyns plc ("the Company") announces that on 28th February 2017 it transferred to participants in the Company's employee SAYE scheme 611 ordinary shares for the exercise of options under the SAYE 2013 scheme at a price of 312 pence per share. The shares were all formerly held as treasury shares. The Company has received the proceeds of 1,906.32in cash.
Following the above transfer of shares out of treasury, the Company holds a total of 184,969 of its ordinary shares in treasury. The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held in treasury) is 2,694,329.
