Transfer of shares held in treasury
Caffyns plc ("the Company") announces that on 1st March 2016 it transferred to a participant in the Company's employee SAYE scheme 1,509 ordinary shares for the exercise of options under the SAYE 2013 scheme at a price of 312 pence per share. The shares were all formerly held as treasury shares. The Company has received the proceeds of 4,708.08 in cash.
Following the above transfer of shares out of treasury, the Company holds a total of 116,227 of its ordinary shares in treasury. The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held in treasury) is 2,763,071.
