Transfer of shares held in treasury

 

 

 

Caffyns plc ("the Company") announces that on 14(th) June 2022 it transferred
to a participant in the Company's employee SAYE scheme 142 ordinary shares for
the exercise of options under the SAYE 2017 scheme at a price of 306 pence per
share.  The shares were all formerly held as treasury shares. The Company has
received the proceeds of £434.52 in cash.

Following the above transfer of shares out of treasury, the Company holds a
total of 183,654 of its ordinary shares in treasury.  The total number of
ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held in treasury) is 2,695,644.
