much as 13.6% to 475.0 pence
** Stock among top pct losers across London stocks
** Hits lowest level since September 2021
** Reports full year profit before tax of 3.1 million pounds
($3.9 million) as against 4.4 million pounds in 2022
** Says full year revenue rose 12% to 251.4 million pounds
(about $315 million)
** Stock is down 4% YTD, including session's losses
