BANCO DE SABADELL SABE.MC, BBVA BBVA.MC

Spain's Sabadell said on Tuesday that 2.8% of its shareholders representing 30.8% of the bank's capital have accepted BBVA's 16.48 billion euro ($19.07 billion) hostile takeover bid.

CELLNEX CLNX.MC

Cellnex has approved a share capital reduction of 60 million euros, the company said in a statement on Monday.

HBX GROUP HBX.MC

HBX Group informed on Tuesday about organizational changes in senior management team.

SQUIRREL MEDIA SQRL.MC

Squirrel Media has opened a new office in Dubai for international expansion, the company said in a statement on Tuesday.

INDRA IDR.MC

Indra is going to receive 100% of the new credits for defence projects that the Spanish government is going to approve on Tuesday at the Council of Ministers, Spanish newspaper El Economista reported on Tuesday.

Separately, Spanish newspaper Cinco Dias reported on Tuesday that Indra and General Dynamics are going to compete for the M109 self-propelled howitzer modernisation project.

Jefferies has raised its target price to 10 euros from 8 euros.

BANKINTER BKT.MC

Jefferies has raised its target price to 13.5 euros from 10.9 euros.

FLUIDRA FLUI.MC

Jefferies has raised its target price to 29 euros from 26 euros.
