The Company has been notified that on 24 January 2022, Dr Jaswir Singh, Chief
Operating Officer, purchased 14,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary
Shares") at a price of 250 pence per Ordinary Share and 6,075 Ordinary Shares
at  a price of 246.9 pence per Ordinary Share  (together the "Purchase").
