("Cake Box" or the "Company" or the "Group")

 

Director/ PDMR dealing

 

The Company has been notified that on 20 September 2022, Sukh Chamdal, Chief
Executive Officer, purchased 150,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary
Shares") at a price of 139.0 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Purchase").
Following the Purchase, Sukh Chamdal is beneficially interested in 10,162,915
Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 25.4% of the Company's issued
share capital.
