Cal-Maine Foods reaches settlement with DOJ and states over egg-price probe

June 29 (Reuters) - Cal-Maine Foods CALM.O said on Monday it had agreed to resolve claims brought by the U.S. Department of Justice and attorneys general from 17 states stemming from an investigation into whether egg producers shared bidding information to manipulate an industry price index.
