Directorship change
After 9 years of service, Kate Cornish-Bowden has stepped down from the Board of the Company following today's annual general meeting. The Board would like to thank Kate for her invaluable contribution as a member of the Board and Chair of the Audit Committee. 
The Board are pleased to announce that Janine Nicholls has been appointed to join the Board as a non-executive director, effective 3 July 2020. Janine will also Chair the Audit Committee. Janine is a chartered accountant with over 20 years' experience in private equity across investment, operations and governance roles. 
There is no information required to be disclosed pursuant to sections LR 9.6.11, LR 9.6.12 and LR 9.6.13 of the Listing Rules.
