The Board of Calculus VCT plc is pleased to announce that an interim dividend
of 1.13p per share will be paid on 25 March 2026 to shareholders on the
register as at the record date of 27 February 2026.

Key dates are as follows:

·      Ex-Dividend Date: 26 February 2026

·      Record Date: 27 February 2026

·      Dividend Payment Date: 25 March 2026

·      Dividend Investment Scheme (DIS) Application Deadline: 11 March
2026

Shareholders wishing to take part in the final allotment prior to the interim
dividend payment must ensure their applications are submitted by 17 February
2026.
