TRANSACTION IN OWN SECURITIES

The Board of Calculus VCT PLC announces that today the Company has purchased
for cancellation 1,124,473 ordinary shares of 1p at a price of 59.2 pence per
share.

 

After cancellation of these shares there will be 60,609,093 ordinary shares of
1p in issue.
