TRANSACTION IN OWN SECURITIES

The Board of Calculus VCT PLC announces that today the Company has purchased
for cancellation 833,854 ordinary shares of 1p at a price of 56.65 pence per
share.

 

After cancellation of these shares there will be 67,864,800 ordinary shares of
1p in issue.
