TRANSACTION IN OWN SECURITIES

The Board of Calculus VCT PLC announces that on 21 January 2026 the Company
purchased for cancellation 700,804 ordinary shares of 1p at a price of 53.51
pence per share.

 

After cancellation of these shares there will be 88,734,480 ordinary shares of
1p in issue.
