Holding in Company

Caledonian Holdings plc (AIM:CHP), an AIM-quoted investing company focused on
the financial services market, was informed on 11 August 2025 that John Story
holds 19,176,428,517 ordinary shares in the Company, equivalent to 19.67 per
cent. of the total voting rights of the Company, as a result of his
participation in the placing announced by the Company on 15 July 2025.
