Caledonian Holdings PLC (AIM: CHP), the AIM-quoted investment company focused
on financial services and technology-enabled businesses, announces that,
following a change in the issued ordinary share capital and total voting
rights of the Company, Chris Cooke's (Non-Executive Director of the Company)
holding of 3,365,952,697 ordinary shares of 0.001 pence each in the Company
("Ordinary Shares") represents 2.59 per cent. of the Company's issued share
capital and total voting rights.

For the avoidance of doubt Chris Cooke has not purchased or sold any Ordinary
Shares.
