Result of annual general meeting

 

The Board of Caledonian Trust is pleased to announce that all of the
resolutions proposed at the Company's annual general meeting ("AGM") held
earlier today were passed.

 

The total votes from shareholders on each resolution, comprising votes
received by proxy and votes cast in person at the AGM, are set out below.
