April 6 (Reuters) - Calida Holding AG  CALN.S : 
    * Calida increases stake in Lafuma to more than two-thirds 
    * Has agreed with Comir and Soparcif, two long-term anchor 
shareholders of Lafuma, to acquire their stakes in Lafuma 
amounting to 11.63 pct 
    * Sale contract will be concluded in mid-April 2016 
    * Purchase significantly increases Calida's stake in Lafuma, 
leading french sports clothing group, to 71.55 pct. 
    * Shares are being purchased for 16 euros ($18.19)each
