** Co and its carbon management unit, Carbon TeraVault signs a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with power producer and asset management company Middle River Power

** Cos to provide carbon transportation and sequestration services for Middle River's power facilities in California

** CRC stock pressured by more than a 2% fall in crude prices O/R

** Including session's moves, CRC down 11.5% YTD
