disease, which affects about 130,000–150,000 people in U.S.
** The FDA decision makes Tarpeyo first to be granted full
approval in U.S. for IgAN, ahead of Travere Therapeutics'
TVTX.O Filspari which won accelerated approval earlier this
year
** Roche ROG.S , Novartis NOVN.S , Vera Therapeutics
VERA.O are among peers working on a treatment for IgAN and are
currently in mid to late-stage development trials
** Up to day's close, stock had risen 32% YTD
