Therapeutics  CALTX.ST   received a $1.1 billion takeover bid
from Japan's Asahi Kasei  3407.T .
    
    - ABN AMRO Bank  ABNd.AS  has agreed to acquire Hauck
Aufhauser Lampe, a private bank in Germany for 672 million euros
 ($730.33 million) from Chinese conglomerate Fosun International
 0656.HK .  
    
    - Elon Musk's xAI said it raised $6 billion in its latest
fundraising round, as the OpenAI rival looks to invest more in
research and development amid fierce competition in the
burgeoning sector.
    
    - The Japanese automaker Toyota  7203.T  Motor plans to
develop new engines that run on carbon-neutral fuels and are fit
for electrification as part of efforts by the world's largest
carmaker to cut carbon emissions and save jobs at engine-part
